Insurance not accepted but I can provide a superbill which can be submitted to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

Special note re: Medicare: Provider Opted-Out Currently superbills will not be reimbursed for Medicare clients,

NOTE: As of October 2026 - I will opt in as a Medicare provider. I will not bill Medicare directly but clients will be able to submit superbills for partial reimbursement.
